My Top Netflix Picks for May

May 4, 2018

Looks like the summer might be finally about to happen! And while we’ll hopefully be spending more time outdoors, over the coming month, that doesn’t mean we still don’t want to flop down and watch some well-deserved Netflix once the kids go to bed…

I finally got a chance to watch all of Godless, and wowza it was fantastic. I loved it! Jeff Daniels might be best known for his comedy, but he makes a cracking baddie. As for the chemistry between Jack O’Connell and Michelle Dockery, it was sizzling. If you haven’t watched it, it’s well worth checking out.

But now to this month’s goodies and for me it’s all about the return of 13 Reasons Why. It was an out of nowhere hit for me last year, as I thought okay teen drama is not going to be for me. How wrong I was. It was a really clever slow burn mystery that built and built to a superb climax. And what a fantastic cast of young actors... I may just have an eency weency bit of a crush on Dylan Minette who plays Clay… no I’m allowed to say that he is in fact 21!  Season 2 is back on 18th May.

Let me know in the comments below what you’re planning to binge on and in the meantime, here’s what I’m looking forward to watching this month. #NetflixStreamTeam
